Do I need an physical iLok dongle to use Krotos plugins?

NO!

You do not need a physical iLok to demo, or use any Krotos product.

Our plugins all make use of the new iLok services, which allow you to activate your iLok license to your local machine (or physical iLok if you prefer).

You can use iLok License Manager to move licenses between machines easily, including deactivating a license to the cloud, and then picking it up on another machine in another location, and reactivating it.

note, this does not apply to the Krotos Kore subscription, with which iLok cloud is NOT supported.
