Why can’t I get any audio from Dynamic Input in Logic?

In Logic, to use Dynamic Input, you will need to press play before the plugin can output audio. This is due to the way that Logic handles this type of audio plugin. If you use Reformer Pro as an AU MIDI-controlled Effect, Dynamic Input will run immediately (see below for setup information).
